Weigh-in 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Rules Briefing 1 p.m.

Competition Begins 2 p.m.

Eligibility: This event is open to all APA members, as well as nonmembers.

Deadline: The deadline for submitting $35 with the meet registration form is Monday, October 27, 2008. Late entries may not be accepted.

Brief Rules: There will be no excessive swaying to move the weight. This is a STRICT curl contest. A t-shirt must be worn with sleeves that do not cover the elbow. Chalk is allowed. A complete rulebook can be viewed at http://www.apa-wpa.com/2007RULEBOOK.htm

Awards: The top three places in each division, and the best lifter, will receive trophies or plaques, determined by the Schwartz and Malone formulas.
