• Weigh-in 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
• Rules Briefing 9:45 a.m.
• Lifting Begins 10 a.m.

ELIGIBILITY: This event is open to all competitors.

BRIEF RULES: Shirts will be tucked into tight-fitting shorts. No pants. The butt will remain in contact with the bench throughout the movement. Start, press, and rack commands will be enforced.

AWARDS: 1st thru 3rd place in each division will be awarded. Best lifters will also be awarded.

REGISTRATION: Download and print the registration form.

DEADLINE: The postmark deadline for registration and payment is Monday, February 15, 2010. Payments will be accepted with a $15.00 late fee after February 15.

ADMISSION: There will be a $5.00 admission fee for adult noncompetitors.

ONLINE PAYMENT: Pay on or before the date of Monday, February 15, 2010, to avoid an additional late fee. With an online payment, a registration form must be sent by mail immediately.
