Rules
Briefing 10 a.m.
Lifting Begins
11 a.m.
Eligibility: This event is open
to all A.P.A. members, as well as
nonmembers. A.P.A. lifters must present
their membership card or register to become a member prior to weigh-in for
records to be recorded. Lifters will be
allowed to register at the meet site. Registration
is $30/year.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting $45 with the meet
registration form is Monday, December 22, 2008.
Late entries will not be accepted.
Brief Rules: A t-shirt or bench shirt may be worn with
sleeves that do not cover the elbow, and the shirt must be tucked into spandex-type
bike shorts or a one piece lifting suit.

Awards: Awards will be
given to the first three places in all Men and Women divisions. Best Lifter awards for Men and Women will be
given according to Schwartz and Malone formulas.
