Weigh-in 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Rules Briefing 10 a.m.

Lifting Begins 11 a.m.

Deadline: The postmark deadline for submitting $40.00 with the meet registration form is Monday, September 14, 2009. Late entries will only be accepted with an additional $10.00 fee.

Brief Rules: A t-shirt or bench shirt may be worn with sleeves that do not cover the elbow, and the shirt must be tucked into tight-fitting shorts or a one piece lifting suit. There will be a brief pause on bench press. There will be no hitching on deadlift.

Awards: The top 3 male competitors of the push/pull divisions in both raw and equipped divisions will be scored pound-for-pound, according to the Schwartz formula. Bench only and Deadlift only competitors will receive other awards.

First place will receive $500.00;

second place, $250.00; and third place, $100.00.
